I have always loved finding the patterns in things, the beautiful in the mundane and felt a need to communicate those discoveries to others. I am never happier than when I am creating art - except when I was serving someone in the name of Christ. After earning a BFA I have worked as a medical illustrator and then as a graphic designer first at a monthly magazine and then a commercial printer. I am now merging my passions and my professional experience for maximum impact. My husband and I started "ByHisDesigns.com" to create web sites for churches and ministries. I can't preach to the masses or teach theology but I can design brochures, web graphics, booklets and create original illustrations as well as other original works of art.
